Capstone Campaign Project
My latest academic achievement involves leading a team of eight talented women in crafting a year-long campaign for NASCAR as my Senior Capstone Project. Focused on fostering inclusivity among the underrepresented Generation-Z demographic. My leadership role demonstrates my strong organizational skills alongside strategic planning ability, effectively guiding the team through the project.
As the Team Lead, I orchestrated our efforts, ensuring an understanding of the tasks at hand for optimal efficiency among the team. This involved setting clear guidelines, scheduling and leading meetings, and serving as the main point of contact with our professor. I also took responsibility for reviewing and submitting our assignments, while providing ongoing support and guidance to team members, thereby mitigating obstacles and creating a collaborative environment.
We began our campaign with meticulous data collection and analysis to gauge NASCAR’s current standing. With these insights, we uniquely tailored our campaign to resonate with our target audience. Through detailed planning and execution we created the campaign's focus, creative brief, and communication objectives and strategies as the foundation for our campaign.
As a team we composed our efforts into a detailed planbook, master timeline, and compelling pitch video. Throughout the process, I remained dedicated to facilitating teamwork, creativity, and delivering impactful results.
