Purpose, Vision, Mission, and Values Project

In my Advertising and Public Relations Management course, I completed a project to show my understanding of the significance of organizational culture and effective communication within the Agency you operate.

Company Guidebook Video

When working on this project, I aimed to find ways not only to effectively communicate the brand’s purpose, vision, mission, and values to my team, but also to inspire and excite my employees. Therefore, I developed a vibrant video presentation to showcase the enthusiasm inherent in the brand, as embodied by our team members.

I’ve always had an entrepreneurial mindset. When assigned this project, we were given the option to craft a guidebook for an ad agency or base our project on a passion for a different business venture. I decided to create my guidebook around a fashion brand. Owning my own business has been and continues to be a dream of mine. I aspire to one day own my own fashion line, while remaining conscious of the world and all its inhabitants.
